Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Marketing to lead and execute global marketing initiatives while driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in integrated marketing strategies and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, particularly blockchain solutions and decentralized ecosystems. This role requires a visionary leader capable of aligning business objectives with innovative digital marketing practices in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate growth objectives and long-term business goals.

Lead global marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, demand generation, and brand marketing channels.

Build and strengthen market positioning for blockchain-powered products, services, and digital platforms.

Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to create go-to-market strategies for blockchain initiatives, including decentralized applications (dApps), Web3 ecosystems, token-based platforms, and digital asset solutions.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Identify emerging trends in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, smart contracts, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 developments to enhance market competitiveness.

Manage and optimize multi-channel performance metrics, campaign ROI, customer analytics, and growth KPIs.

Establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology providers, and blockchain communities.

Lead marketing automation initiatives and leverage AI and blockchain analytics tools for customer insights and personalized campaigns.

Oversee branding, public relations, content development, and thought leadership activities.

Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

Mentor and lead high-performing marketing teams while fostering innovation and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, decentralized platforms, smart contracts, and digital asset industries.

Proven experience developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies within technology-driven environments.

Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, brand strategy, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with marketing platforms, automation tools, analytics systems, and blockchain-related technologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within SaaS, fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or technology industries.

Familiarity with tokenomics, decentralized governance models, and blockchain adoption strategies.

Experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
