Responsibilities
- Act as a key member of our PowerHouse team, focused on maximizing listings for sellers and landlords through innovative marketing strategies.
- Create and implement custom marketing videos and strategic marketing plans that attract potential buyers and increase sales prices.
- Provide premier concierge-level service to all clients, ensuring a seamless and secure home buying and renting experience.
- Engage in hands-on training to master our unique approach to closing deals.
- Utilize industry-leading platforms, including participation in the Zillow Flex program.
- Handle warm leads and leverage social media to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualification
- Active Illinois Real Estate License.
- Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Strong social media skills and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Background in the arts or advertising is a plus, as it drives our unique competitive advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
