A Vice President of Growth Marketing would be responsible for acquiring and retaining members, scaling demand, and turning Crurated’s premium wine proposition into repeatable growth. Role focus
Build and execute acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels.
Increase member growth, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value through lifecycle marketing.
Work closely with commercial and marketing leadership to align campaigns with new-market expansion and producer launches.
Use data, segmentation, and experimentation to improve conversion and retention.
Support brand storytelling around provenance, exclusivity, and direct-to-consumer access.
Background expectations
Senior experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or digital acquisition.
Proven ability to scale premium or membership businesses internationally.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with commercial targets, forecasts, and budgets.
Familiarity with luxury, wine, or collectible consumer audiences.
