Define Crurated’s multi‑year commercial strategy, including how to scale membership, average order value, and international reach while protecting exclusivity.
Lead commercial‑model innovation, such as membership tiers, tokenized access, auction formats, and co‑branded experiences with partners like The Golden Vines®.
Translate high‑level strategy into concrete plans for Sales, Growth Marketing, Retail Channels, and Export, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and execution.
Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape to shape where and how Crurated wins (e.g., Asia vs Europe, collectors vs professionals).
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and CCO to set strategic priorities, resource allocation, and KPIs for the commercial organization.
Background expectations
Senior leadership experience in commercial or corporate strategy, ideally in luxury, consumer tech, or premium wine/beverages.
Strong track record in shaping business models, go‑to‑market strategies, and growth initiatives in member‑ or platform‑based businesses.
Comfort using data and scenario planning to guide investment decisions, pricing, and market‑entry choices.
