Vice President of Commercial Crurated Limited Crurated is a private, membership‑based fine‑wine platform that connects collectors and consumers directly with top producers, with a commercial model built on exclusivity, provenance, and global distribution. A Vice President of Commercial would sit at the center of the company’s revenue‑generation engine, owning the full commercial P&L and aligning sales, marketing, strategy, and operations around one growth agenda. Role focus
Own the company’s commercial strategy and execution across all channels: DTC, B2B, partnerships, and experiential offers.
Oversee commercial functions such as Global Sales, Direct Sales, Growth Marketing, and Distribution Strategy, ensuring they share a single view of the customer and the commercial roadmap.
Define how to grow membership, average order value, and international reach while preserving brand exclusivity and premium positioning.
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and CCO to set commercial priorities, capital allocation, and KPIs for the revenue‑generating units.
Track commercial performance (revenue, volume, mix, margin, and customer‑lifetime‑value) and adjust levers like pricing, product mix, and channel focus.
Background expectations
Senior executive experience in commercial, sales, or business‑development leadership in luxury, consumer tech, or premium wine/beverages.
Strong track record driving P&L, market‑share growth, and operational excellence in membership‑ or platform‑based models.
Comfort working with data, scenario planning, and multi‑channel execution in a global business.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and translate complex strategy into clear sales motions and customer journeys.
