Your scope includes community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics management, and everyday technology administration. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety drill, troubleshooting a device problem, integrating a new team member, or managing a parent inquiry. You are not merely maintaining operations—you are building trust and reliability. What You Will Be Doing
Acting as a key contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional communication
Directing campus safety functions, including entry protocols, health situations, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family communication
Supervising everyday campus functions such as attendance systems, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and office management
Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new personnel to enable seamless integration into campus workflows
Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site tech contact and Google Administrator
What You Won’t Be Doing
Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
Mentoring Guides or directing curriculum design
Operating within a limited, single-task administrative capacity
Remaining stationary with uniform, routine assignments
Escalating issues without taking responsibility or ensuring resolution
Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities Guarantee smooth, secure, and effective campus operations that continuously enhance the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and parents. Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL — or willing to relocate
