What You Will Be Doing Oversee and manage the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considered, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face) Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up actions with precision and currency What You Won’t Be Doing
Create admissions strategy or render final admissions judgments
Function in an exclusively behind-the-scenes capacity without family contact
Work within a slow-moving, heavily bureaucratic structure
Concentrate solely on relationship-building without robust execution and follow-through

2+ years of customer-facing experience
Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
High attention to detail and demonstrated experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
Able to adapt swiftly and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
Nice-to-have Requirements
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience facilitating admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
