What You Will Be Doing Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, providing prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face) Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy Take part in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Create overall admissions strategy or determine final enrollment decisions
Function exclusively in an administrative capacity with no direct family contact
Work within a slow-moving, process-heavy institutional setting
Prioritize relationship cultivation without disciplined execution and follow-up

2+ years of customer-facing experience
Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate reliability and meticulous attention to detail
High degree of precision and proven experience managing applicant records or CRM systems
Able to integrate remote work with onsite campus duties
Quick to adapt and flourish in a fast-moving, mission-focused setting
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in NYC; based in NY or willing to relocate
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in education, enrollment management, or school administration
Track record of facilitating admissions events or detailed onboarding workflows
Ease operating in rapidly evolving, technology-driven environments
