The organization is positioned to open 25 additional campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions process. That process is your responsibility.
This is a curated, high-touch engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional funnel or call script. You will manage the complete admissions experience for your assigned families from initial outreach through final handoff, ensuring concierge-caliber service throughout. Your work includes lead qualification, guiding decision-making conversations, and deploying AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative overhead so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: trust, connection, and enrollment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
- Evaluating incoming inquiries from HNW/UHNW households through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-supported analysis.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent engagement, coordination, and follow-through — maintaining a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, streamline communications, and minimize repetitive tasks.

- Operating from templates or inflexible processes — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Becoming mired in bureaucratic delay — you will not be dependent on multi-layer approvals or waiting for internal consensus before acting.
- Outsourcing relationship ownership — you remain the family's trusted contact from start to finish.
Director Of Admissions Key Responsibilities
Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's nationwide campus expansion.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-engagement role with documented conversion performance (examples: admissions, high-end sales, donor relations, executive search).
- Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from inquiry through close.
- Established ease with AI-enabled tools, automation systems, and task prioritization frameworks.
- Confirmed ability to execute flawlessly on operational details — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-ups, CRM data integrity, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with current work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
