Your scope includes community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics management, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might coordinate an emergency drill, troubleshoot a technical issue, onboard a new team member, or respond to a parent inquiry. Your work extends beyond maintenance—you build institutional confidence. What You Will Be Doing
Acting as a central liaison for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional communication across all channels
Overseeing campus security procedures, including entry management, health-related incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family outreach
Coordinating daily campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility logistics, transportation arrangements, and general office management
Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to ensure seamless assimilation into campus operations
Administering student devices and technology infrastructure, serving as the on-site technical contact and Google Administrator

Performing a limited, specialized administrative function

Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL — or willing to relocate
