What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the admissions inbox, providing prompt, professional, and clear responses to prospective families
Shepherd families through the enrollment process with reliable follow-up and clearly defined progression
Facilitate and execute admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings
Collaborate with campus personnel to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless experience
Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and outreach efforts
What You Won’t Be Doing
Working exclusively in a back-office capacity with minimal family contact
Functioning within a sluggish or overly bureaucratic system
Concentrating solely on messaging without robust execution and accountability
Creating admissions policy or rendering final acceptance determinations
Admissions Coordinator Key Responsibilities Deliver a transparent, responsive, and efficiently managed admissions experience that drives strong enrollment results and positive family engagement. Basic Requirements
2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
