About the role

Pay Rate: $21/hr w2 no benefits
Duration: 6 Months, possible extension
Setup: 100% in office
The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key member of the administrative support team, providing front desk coverage, office coordination, and general administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide general office information
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen areas, and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Handle mail distribution, courier packages, and certified mail processing
  • Process invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks
  • Provide administrative support such as expense reports, travel arrangements, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with meeting setup and visitor hospitality
  • Support special projects and provide backup assistance to the broader administrative team

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
