We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support ongoing IT Asset Management operations and State of Good Repair lifecycle initiatives. This onsite role focuses on asset database analysis, inventory validation, ServiceNow record accuracy, and lifecycle tracking.
Asset Management Analyst Responsibilities
  • Analyze the IT asset database and support ongoing IT Asset Management operations.
  • Validate hardware inventories across multiple locations.
  • Ensure accuracy of asset records within ServiceNow.
  • Review and refine existing asset management processes and procedures.
  • Research new device models and part standards.
  • Generate scheduled reporting to support compliance, audits, and executive oversight.
  • Track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with IT field teams and end users.
  • Support implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules.

Required Qualifications
Asset Management Analyst Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Asset Management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to support large-scale deployment and recovery initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Desktop Support experience.
  • Logistics experience.
  • Experience with enterprise asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, or data analysis.
