Role Overview We’re hiring an Influencer Campaign Manager who will be needed to support various clients with high dedication to a major Korean beauty & personal retail client, while helping us build a scalable foundation for influencer marketing across Korea (and potentially adjacent markets such as Japan or Southeast Asia). This is not just execution support; you’ll be the expert helping us navigate culture, creators, and expectations in one of the fastest growing markets in the world. What You’ll Do Client & Program Support
Support day-to-day execution for our clients, including a large Korean retail client’s influencer campaigns and affiliate program;
Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between US-based teams and Korean stakeholders;
Help create and localize campaign strategy, messaging, and creator briefs;
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and campaign quality standards are met.
Creator (Influencer) Management
Source, vet, and recommend Korean and other creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Naver, Kakao, etc.)
Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing communication with creators
Guide creators to produce high-performing, on-brand content
Stay on top of pricing norms, contracts, and local expectations
Market Expertise
Provide insights on influencer trends, platform shifts, and consumer behavior
Advise internal teams on what will (and won’t) work culturally
Help adapt our playbooks to the Korean market
Operations & Coordination
Collaborate with US-based program managers, strategy, and product teams
Track campaign performance and support reporting efforts
Help improve workflows, documentation, and regional best practices
Who You Are (Core Qualifications) Must-Have
Native Korean fluency + strong professional English
2–5 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
Deep familiarity with the Korean retail and creator ecosystems and platforms
Experience communicating directly with executives and creators/influencers
Strong cultural intuition; understand tone, trends, and audience expectations in Korea
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams across time zone
Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Experience in an agency, platform, or creator-focused company
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools or SaaS platforms
Experience negotiating contracts and managing campaign budgets
Exposure to markets beyond Korea (Japan, SEA, etc.)
