Role Description
This part-time, on-site Operations Associate role is based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Operations Associate will support daily operational tasks such as inventory management, processing shipments, and maintaining an organized stockroom. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the store team to ensure smooth workflow and providing exceptional service by assisting with store readiness and customer-focused tasks. This role supports the operational backbone of the store and ensures high standards of functionality and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing customer inquiries and supporting store operations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Prior retail or operations experience is a plus but not required.
