Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and follow up on customer invoices
- Support bookkeeping and accounting coordination
- Assist leadership with operational and administrative tasks
- Prepare and send quotes, contracts, and sales documents
- Track contract signatures and customer onboarding requirements
- Help maintain organized customer and vendor records
- Coordinate follow-ups with customers regarding billing and documentation
- Assist with internal reporting and operational tracking
- Support CRM and sales process management
- Help improve and document internal processes and SOPs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or CRM systems
- Administrative, bookkeeping, or office coordination experience
- Interest in technology, operations, or business process improvement
