**Role Description**

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Director of Operations. The individual in this role will manage and optimize operational processes, oversee team performance, and ensure the successful execution of business strategies. Key responsibilities include operations management, analyzing and addressing organizational challenges, creating and managing budgets, and driving exceptional customer service standards. The Senior Director will also foster collaboration across teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Operations Management and expertise in process optimization

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex operational challenges

- Proven experience in Team Management and developing high-performing teams

- Competency in Budgeting and managing financial performance effectively

- Focus on Customer Service to maintain and improve client satisfaction

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
