About the role
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:· Maintains and sets up part numbers and logos in SAGE and Configurator
· Identifies vehicle model changes and logo assignments
· Responsible for logo submissions to Licensors
· Responsible for price increase rollout for the Floor Mat category
· Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle – assist in identifying and maintaining metrics to monitor products relative to their PLC stage
· Provide overall ownership of new product development process– working closely with various functions to ensure success through all stages of NPI
· Assist with tradeshow exhibitions
· Other duties deemed necessary
AUTHORITY: All personnel are responsible for quality and therefore have the authority to stop production, if necessary, to correct quality programs .
SKILLS REQUIRED:
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:5 years of experience as supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Four-year college degree or commensurate experience.

- Computer Literate.
- Ability to coordinate multiple personnel on multiple projects with fast response to changing priorities.
- Basic math and calculator skills.
- Excel and Word experience.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:5 years of experience as supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Four-year college degree or commensurate experience.
