  • Produce long-form clips, shorts, and compilation videos
  • Fact-check work to ensure all content adheres to legal guidelines
  • Fill in for other editors on other shows from time to time
  • Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, attend industry conferences, and continue to grow Law&Crime’s large network of clients
  • Partner with leadership to implement content strategy
  • Contribute to cross-platform content operations during investigations, trials, and breaking news

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional work experience on YouTube or in video production
  • Strict adherence to tight deadlines
  • Experience producing video content, especially engaging content, for YouTube and other social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Proficient knowledge of the court system, civil and criminal trials, police and law enforcement activity, and legal jargon
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere, or Canva
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
