Based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, the Sales Director will work predominantly remotely, once fully-onboarded.
The Role
The Sales Director will lead all U.S. sales activity, owning revenue performance, market expansion, and team development nationwide.
Working closely with the U.S. Country Manager, you will define and execute the sales strategy, drive market share growth, and build a high-performing, accountable sales organization.
This is a strategic leadership role with a hands-on edge — ideal for someone who can operate at both executive and operational levels.
The Account Executive will:
  • Own and deliver U.S. revenue and margin targets across all regions
  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy in partnership with senior leadership
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
  • Drive business development initiatives and ensure strong pipeline generation
  • Establish and manage KPI frameworks, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Support hiring, resource planning, and organizational scaling

What does the Sales Director need?
We’re looking for a proven channel sales leader with strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and experience operating in a growth-focused environment.
You’ll bring:
  • A track record of success in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role
  • Experience with channel sales, distributor networks, and route-to-market strategy
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget ownership
  • Experience in construction materials, building products, or a related industry (preferred)
