Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify commercial real estate opportunities
• Assist brokers in client meetings and provide insights on market trends
• Support marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials for listings
• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements under broker supervision
• Engage with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate transactions
