The Role This role is a balanced yet evolving blend of sales, support, and product. You'll own the full customer lifecycle - converting warm leads into active users, guiding new users to their point of first impact, and keeping customers engaged and growing. You'll also use AI tools to sharpen your own workflows and surface insights that help the whole team move faster.
