WANTED: Salon Sales Rep – Cool Beauty Consulting
Locations: Greater Chicago area, IL
Are you passionate about the professional beauty industry and driven by success? Cool Beauty Consulting, a premier distributor of luxury haircare brands, seeks dynamic, motivated High-End Sales Consultants to expand and elevate our salon partnerships in the Greater Chicago area.
What You’ll Do:
· Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to prospective hair salons and barbershops
· Establish, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with salon owners and stylists
· Confidently present our portfolio of premium beauty brands and solutions
· Successfully open new accounts and manage territory growth with a consultative approach
· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, or professional salon markets
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-starter with outstanding organization and follow-through capabilities
· A polished, professional demeanor and passion for excellence
· Ability to travel locally and manage your territory independently
