Store Manager – Cookies Clothing Co.
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Cookies Clothing Co. is a locally owned and operated women’s fashion boutique with six locations across Hawai‘i: Hawai‘i Kai, Kapolei, Kāne‘ohe, Lewers Street (Waikīkī Beachwalk), Hilton Hawaiian Village (Waikīkī), and Kailua-Kona.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store goals
- Deliver and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor
- Recruit, train, and coach team members for success
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of retail management experience (required)
- Strong background in fashion retail and styling
- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to commute to Kāne‘ohe, HI (required)
