**Primary Purpose Of Position**

The Sr. Financial Analyst has the lead day-to-day responsibility for managing and controlling O&M and capital costs. This role will support accurate planning, reporting and analysis of operations. This position entails increased scope and complexity including fleet wide special projects. - Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.

The Treasury Planning and Capital Markets Sr. Analyst has significant interface with a variety of corporate and operating company functions, including Treasury Operations, Corporate Planning, Project Evaluation, Controller, Corporate Development, Generation Development, Enterprise Risk, Credit Risk, and Legal. This position will also have significant external interfaces, including the rating agencies, investment banks and external legal counsel.

**Primary Purpose Of Position**

The Commercial Plumbing Apprentice will provide support to the Commercial Service operations. Under general supervision of a licensed plumber, the Commercial Plumbing Apprentice will assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while gaining familiarity with tools, materials, and job site procedures. This role participates in a formal apprenticeship training program designed to prepare individuals to become licensed journeyman plumbers through a combination of on-the-job training, rotational field assignments, and related classroom instruction.

**Primary Duties And Accountabilities**

- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.

- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and compliance training.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.

- Support pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system testing under the guidance of licensed plumbers.

- Assist with water heater, booster pump, and circulation system service as part of training and development.

- Accurately document work orders, parts usage, and service activities using company systems.

- Order parts and participate in online and classroom training.

- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.

- Support job-site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.

- Work safely and professionally with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Active State Plumbing Apprenticeship License

- Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing

- Willing and available to work overtime when required

- Demonstrated basic knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas piping

- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work orders

- Possess basic math, measurement, and computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Gas Fitter Trainee or Apprentice License

- Graduate of an accredited vocational or trade school or a 1 year of related field experience

- Hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems, drain cleaning, or jetting equipment

**Primary Purpose Of Position**

The Senior Manager will lead the IT Culture, Engagement, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing IT culture. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, support organizational transformation, and ensure successful adoption of technology and process changes across the enterprise. **Primary Purpose Of Position**

Partnering with all levels of leadership within the business unit, aligns HR strategy with business goals, direction and vision. **Minimum Qualifications**

- Ability to provide verbal and written communications clearly, succinctly and persuasively.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA.

- Ability to understand problems in the context of the bigger picture and influential relationships as well as the overall industry and marketplace in which Constellation operates.

- Strong drive for results to lead and facilitate efforts to ensure human resources alignment with the business unit.

- Proven skills in coaching and performance management,

- Demonstrated ability to deal directly with client leads to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
