We primarily serve the North American residential market through a unique direct-to-consumer and e-commerce platform. We distribute directly to consumers and through dominant e-commerce and retail marketplace partners, maintaining zero physical brick-and-mortar storefronts.

For the incoming CEO, this represents an exceptional growth mandate. The Company has the product market fit and the capital efficiency of an exclusively digital sales model. We have identified clear, actionable market opportunities to significantly scale the business, aggressively diversify our e-commerce revenue streams, and capture significant market share over the next 24 to 60 months.

**Role Overview **

The Company requires a CEO to manage and diversify a highly concentrated e-commerce revenue model, optimize domestic and international manufacturing, and lead a transition toward automated business processes.

The immediate mandate is to protect and optimize our dominant primary retail marketplace channel while simultaneously scaling direct-to-consumer sales and opening new marketplace channels. This role requires hands-on management of the P&L, execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and regular on-site oversight of our primary production facility.

**Core Responsibilities **

**E-Commerce & Channel Growth **

- **Primary Retail Channel Management: **Protect and optimize the company’s primary revenue channel, which currently drives the highest portion of online sales. Ensure high algorithm rankings, manage product listings, and maintain robust merchant relationships.

- **Marketplace Expansion: **Identify, scope, and launch new retail and marketplace partnerships to diversify revenue. Evaluate platforms based on freight rate structures and operational capabilities for heavy and bulky goods.

- **DTC & Retail Management: **Scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales volume through our branded e-commerce website.

- **Product Validation: **Implement a product introduction model utilizing social media market validation prior to inventory commitment.

- **B2B Program: **Drive adoption, track metrics, and manage payouts for the Pro Growth Initiative, a loyalty program focused on professional contractors and builders.

**Operations & Supply Chain **

- **Domestic Production Oversight: **Oversee the primary manufacturing facility in the Intermountain West. Local operational leadership is in place, but the CEO is expected to travel regularly to the facility to enforce operational and quality improvements.

- **Quality Assurance & TPS Implementation: **Make high product quality and positive customer reviews a primary operational focus. Oversee the transition of manufacturing quality systems from reactive triage to a sustainable, metric-driven system by implementing proven quality program elements.

- **International Manufacturing: **Oversee Asian manufacturing standards, establishing strict QA feedback loops, factory audits, and Tier-2 component tracking to mitigate supply chain disruption.

- **Logistics & Forecasting: **Optimize inbound container and outbound LTL freight logistics. Align lead-time forecasting with inventory demands to prevent stockouts on key SKUs.

**Marketing & Brand Strategy **

- **Digital Acquisition: **Oversee digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest, balancing our DTC website against our primary retail marketplace traffic.

- **Brand Aesthetics: **Incorporate a high-end, “quiet luxury” editorial aesthetic across all touchpoints, including site redesigns and automated marketing assets.

- **Influencer Management: **Manage outreach, deliverables, and performance tracking for brand ambassadors and design partners.

**Technology & AI Implementation **

- **Tech Stack Leadership: **Champion the internal AI and technology stack and direct future development to drive efficiencies in the business.

- **Process Automation: **Drive system integrations across NetSuite, HubSpot, and Shopify and automate data entry to reduce errors and replace manual hours.

**Finance & Governance **

- **Financial Oversight: **Manage overall P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.

- **Leadership Alignment: **Lead the organizational pulse using the EOS framework, driving Level 10 meetings, and maintaining team accountability.

**Qualifications **

- Proven track record scaling a consumer-facing e-commerce brand, with specific experience managing established retail marketplace channels and expanding into new marketplaces.

- Experience in the home goods sector; specific expertise managing LTL freight and supply chain for heavy and bulky goods is ideal.

- Operational exposure within a manufacturing environment. Must be willing to travel regularly to our production facility in the Intermountain West.

- Experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) principles or similar Lean manufacturing and quality assurance frameworks to drive product quality and customer reviews.

- Experience managing overseas supply chains and enforcing QA standards with international suppliers.

- High technical fluency; comfortable overseeing custom AI and automation initiatives and integrating modern CRM and e-commerce tools in conjunction with the CTO.

- Experience running a company on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
