Responsibilities
- Operational Connectivity: Align the production plan with revenue targets by working closely with cross-functional leadership.
- Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee complex product cost models and analyze manufacturing drivers and inventory trends.
- Strategic Insights: Utilize data to build deep intelligence regarding customers, competitors, and product performance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual planning and periodic forecasting; identify budget variances and provide actionable explanations to senior management.
- Growth Support: Partner with Sales and Ops on long-term planning, pricing strategies, and market opportunity evaluations.
- Performance Metrics: Manage the distribution of financial reports and track KPIs to ensure the business meets its strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business field.
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, specifically within a mid-to-large scale manufacturing environment.
- Advanced MS Excel modeling is required. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential.
- Proven track record analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to foster strong relationships across various departments and levels of management.
