This is a high-visibility role designed for a "best-in-class" professional ready to influence the future of a vertically integrated global enterprise.
Why Join Us:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual planning and periodic forecasting; identify budget variances and provide actionable explanations to senior management.
  • Growth Support: Partner with Sales and Ops on long-term planning, pricing strategies, and market opportunity evaluations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business field.
  • 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, specifically within a mid-to-large scale manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced MS Excel modeling is required. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential.
