What you’ll actually be doing:
- Jumping in as the first line of defense for tech issues (office + field)
- Creating real solutions , not temporary patches
- Owning system administration for tools that run our business
- Partnering with Clayco’s IT team to get things done fast
- Managing and deploying mobile devices across the field
- Building reports that matter (PowerBI + Snowflake)
- Training teams and strengthening the bench as systems evolve
This role is for someone who:
- Doesn’t wait to be told what’s broken
- Can translate tech into something real people can actually use
- Enjoys solving problems that don’t come with a manual
- Is just as comfortable in conversation as they are in code
What you need to bring:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel + Access, including formulas/macros/VBA)
- Working knowledge of PowerBI + PowerQuery
- Ability to write and connect data through SQL / Snowflake
Preferred but not Required:
- PowerApps
- Cost management concepts
- Procore (or construction tech in general)

- This is an on-site role at one of our regional offices
