- Lead end-to-end IT sourcing and procurement activities supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Manage supplier negotiations for SaaS, PaaS, software, telecom, hardware, and IT services agreements
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies to optimize pricing, contract terms, and supplier performance
- Partner with business stakeholders to support sourcing requests and procurement deliverables
- Review, negotiate, and finalize technology contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Support contract separation activities and project-related procurement deliverables
- Coordinate multiple concurrent negotiations across various commodity and technology categories
- Analyze spend, volume, and business requirements to right-size supplier agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on procurement initiatives
- Track procurement milestones, indicators, and project progress while preparing weekly status and executive summary reports
- Maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and standards
- Provide hands-on procurement support in a fast-paced semiconductor and technology-driven environment
- Drive contract execution timelines and proactively resolve supplier-related issues or negotiation roadblocks
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives while balancing business objectives, risk mitigation, and cost savings
- Ensure accurate documentation, contract records, and procurement reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle

- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Experience negotiating enterprise technology agreements and telecom contracts
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, cloud technologies, and technology hardware
- Ability to manage high-volume negotiations with minimal supervision
- Experience working in large enterprise or global procurement environments
