Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Doylestown, PA. The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial planning services, assist clients with retirement planning, and offer tailored investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, developing customized plans, managing investment portfolios, and delivering expert advice to help clients make informed financial decisions. Advisors will maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory
- Strong knowledge of Investments and Retirement Planning
- Experience in Finance with the ability to assess market trends and develop effective strategies
- Highly effective communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
- Certifications such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent are highly preferred
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements is necessary
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools is an asset
