We are currently recruiting for two distinct paths:1️⃣ Licensed Real Estate Agents If you already hold a valid NJ real estate license, we want to help you scale your volume. We provide the robust tech platforms, full administrative support, lead generation assistance, and hands-on mentorship you need to thrive in a fast-paced market.
2️⃣ Aspiring Agents (Get Your License – Tuition Reimbursement!) Have the passion, drive, and exceptional customer service skills, but don't have your license yet? We will guide you step-by-step through the pre-licensing process and reimburse your real estate school tuition when you join our winning team. We take the financial barrier out of getting started so you can focus on building a career with unlimited potential.
