The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to lead projects from feasibility through design, permitting and construction support .In this role, you will be a key contributor, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team on site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to lead projects from feasibility through design, permitting and construction support .In this role, you will be a key contributor, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team on site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with civil design, permitting, and construction administration for diverse market sectors.
- Prepare public improvement, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and technical studies.
- Collaborate with structural, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical teams on complex projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Required).
- Licensing: EIT required ; P.E. Licensestrongly preferred.
- Experience: 3-6years in site development and civil design.
- Software: Highproficiency in AutoCADCivil 3D.
- Soft Skills: Ability to solveproblems critically and communicate effectively with clients.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
- Approximate Base Salary: $83k-105k based on experience.
- StraightPay for Overtime: Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
- Bonuses: Annual discretionary performance bonuses.
