Co-Dough is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This is a key role that provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support, helping manage communication, scheduling, and overall workflow. This is not a typical assistant role- it’s a right-hand position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to grow with the business long-term. Responsibilities:
Manage email inbox and draft/respond to correspondence
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar management
Provide administrative support including data entry and document organization
Track expenses, organize receipts, and assist with bookkeeping tasks
Help organize priorities, tasks, and internal systems
Support general day-to-day needs to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction
Comfortable handling basic bookkeeping tasks (experience is a plus, but not required)
Interested in a long-term role with growth potential
Bonus (not required):
Prior experience supporting an executive or small business owner
Strong familiarity with bookkeeping or finance
Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and basic systems
Role details:
Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week), with strong potential to grow into full-time
Based in Newport, RI
Direct, close work with the founder in a fast-paced environment
