This role manages timecard verification, coordinates travel for field personnel, maintains office organization, and provides administrative support across accounting, HR, and operations. Verify employee timecards for completeness and accuracy prior to payroll processing
Coordinate hotel accommodations and travel logistics for field crews
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
Ensure break areas and restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to accounting, HR, and operations teams
Requirements Required Qualifications
