**Role Description **

This is a seasonal on-site role for a Field Technician based in Kent, WA. The Field Technician will be responsible for performing exterior cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and graffiti removal using professional-grade equipment. Other duties include inspecting job sites for safety, maintaining cleaning tools and equipment, following established safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires physical work and involves adhering to high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

**Qualifications **

- Experience with Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and Window Cleaning

- Familiarity with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and on-site inspections

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors and perform manual tasks

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is an advantage

- Ability to learn and follow company procedures and standards
