We are seeking a Medicare & Health Insurance Specialist who is passionate about educating individuals on both Medicare and ACA (Affordable Care Act) health insurance options , while naturally connecting those conversations to broader retirement and financial planning. This is not a transactional sales role. This is a relationship-driven, education-first position within a collaborative, growing firm What You’ll Do
Educate individuals on:
Medicare (Parts A, B, D, Supplements, Medicare Advantage)
ACA Marketplace plans (subsidies, income planning, coverage options)
Conduct one-on-one consultations focused on clarity and guidance—not pressure
Assist clients with enrollment and provide ongoing annual reviews (Medicare & ACA)
Help clients understand how healthcare decisions impact:
Retirement income
Taxes (IRMAA + ACA subsidy planning )
Early retirement transitions (pre-65 planning)
Long-term care considerations
Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from broader financial planning and gracefully introduce them to the Clarity team
Participate in seminars, workshops, and community education events
Build relationships with local professionals and organizations

Qualifications
Life & Health Insurance License (required or willing to obtain quickly)
Experience with Medicare and/or ACA plans preferred
Background in healthcare, education, or client service is a strong plus
