We are seeking a Medicare & Health Insurance Specialist who is passionate about educating individuals on both Medicare and ACA (Affordable Care Act) health insurance options , while naturally connecting those conversations to broader retirement and financial planning.
This is not a transactional sales role.
This is a relationship-driven, education-first position within a collaborative, growing firm
What You’ll Do
  • Educate individuals on:
  • Medicare (Parts A, B, D, Supplements, Medicare Advantage)
  • ACA Marketplace plans (subsidies, income planning, coverage options)
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations focused on clarity and guidance—not pressure
  • Assist clients with enrollment and provide ongoing annual reviews (Medicare & ACA)
  • Help clients understand how healthcare decisions impact:
  • Retirement income
  • Taxes (IRMAA + ACA subsidy planning )
  • Early retirement transitions (pre-65 planning)
  • Long-term care considerations
  • Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from broader financial planning and gracefully introduce them to the Clarity team
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and community education events
  • Build relationships with local professionals and organizations

Qualifications
  • Life & Health Insurance License (required or willing to obtain quickly)
  • Experience with Medicare and/or ACA plans preferred
  • Background in healthcare, education, or client service is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
