We are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Analyst to support client engagements, coordinate security program activities, and help drive high-quality execution across our client work. Role Overview This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in working at the intersection of cybersecurity, project management, and client delivery. You will support client-facing cybersecurity engagements by helping manage status reporting, dashboards, evidence requests, vendor review support, remediation tracking, threat intelligence updates, and framework review activities. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants exposure to executive-level security work while building hands-on experience in a fast-growing consulting environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving pieces, communicating clearly, and helping clients make steady progress on security priorities. Key Responsibilities
Support vCISO and cybersecurity advisory engagements across multiple clients
Prepare and maintain client status reports, action trackers, dashboards, and meeting notes
Coordinate follow-up on open items, remediation activities, and evidence requests
Assist with cybersecurity framework reviews, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework-related activities
Support vendor management and third-party security review processes
Track findings, risks, and remediation items from assessments, reviews, and related engagements
Help develop client-ready summaries, presentations, and recurring reporting deliverables
Support threat intelligence updates and recurring client reporting
Work closely with senior leadership to keep client engagements organized, on schedule, and moving forward
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience preferred in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, audit, risk, project coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
Comfortable working directly with internal stakeholders and clients
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Must be based in Hawaii and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cybersecurity, GRC, IT risk, audit, or compliance work
Project management or program coordination experience
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF
Experience creating dashboards, status reporting, or tracking deliverables across teams
Interest in threat intelligence, risk analysis, or security operations
Relevant coursework, internship experience, certifications, or military/government background
