Role Description
The Administrative Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative assistance, coordinating schedules, managing communications, delivering exceptional customer service, handling financial documentation, and ensuring smooth organizational operations. This role supports the efficient day-to-day activities of our team and requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, data entry, and document handling
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to manage invoices, budgets, and expense reports
  • Excellent Organization Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain records
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools)
  • Team-oriented and collaborative work style
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or apparel industries is an advantage
