Job Description Assists the Fiscal Management Division with grant management, budget preparation, and other financial activities. Prepares fiscal reporting and support documentation reports for various grants on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Executes duties pertaining to active budgets and the implementation for grant awards including preparing budget alignments, revised budgets, and other fiscal reports.
Processes incoming invoices, travel logs, transfers, and other forms in a timely manner.
Evaluates budget proposals and funding requests.
Assists program supervisors in managing grant activity; monitors and analyzes budgets.
Performs related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited* college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Council of Higher Education Accreditation (C.H.E.A.)

Valid Texas Driver License. If applicant holds an out-of-state license, a State of Texas Driver License must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
