Technology Project Manager
  • Location: Remote (must be located in or near Brevard County, FL. Occasional on-site work required for MSP hardware shipping and related duties)
  • Schedule: Flexible hours
  • Pay: $28-$42/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
We're hiring a Technology Project Manager to drive execution across our MSP operations and software development initiatives. You'll coordinate engineers, timelines, and client deliverables while keeping technical quality high and scope tight.
This role sits at the intersection of our technical teams and stakeholders. You'll translate between the two, identify risks before they become blockers, and bring the kind of structured, critical thinking that turns ambiguous problems into clear next steps. One day you might be running a sprint review, the next reworking a deployment plan or jumping into a client escalation.
We're looking for a self-starter who thinks technically, asks the right questions, and takes ownership without waiting to be told.
What You'll Do
  • Plan, schedule, and assign work across engineering and MSP support teams
  • Evaluate client requests and requirements, then translate them into actionable plans
  • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and act on them
  • Coordinate sprint cycles, deployments, and client deliverables
  • Partner with leadership to improve internal processes and operational systems
  • Occasionally visit our physical location to support MSP operations.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven project management experience in a technology environment (MSP and/or software development preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with modern SDLC and agile practices
  • Comfort with technical work: reading code, understanding systems, and engaging substantively with engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, you can explain a deployment plan to a client and a client problem to an engineer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed work style with a bias toward ownership and follow-through
  • Located in or near Brevard County, Florida

Technical Skills (familiarity required, depth a plus)
  • Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Git and GitHub
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365 / Office suite
  • Microsoft Windows administration
  • SQL databases - Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other relational systems
  • Python and/or Node.js
  • Resource management and project tracking tools

Nice to Have
  • Direct MSP operations experience
  • Background in client-facing technical roles
  • Experience with data security procedures and compliance frameworks

Compensation & Benefits
$28–$42 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill. Final rate determined during the interview process. We offer a comprehensive benefits package:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Flex-time scheduling
  • Tuition and certification reimbursement
  • Professional development mentorship
