Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey company messaging and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Customer service experience to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with experience in implementing strategies to drive growth
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple projects
- Proficiency in marketing software, tools, or platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented and a proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Requirements
- Travel between properties inside of Metro Detroit as well as in Illinois and West Palm Beach
- Photography and social media editing knowledge
- Canva proficient
- Full time (weekends may be required during peak times)
- 40-45hrs/week
