About the role

We are seeking a full-time, LA-based Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and long-term strategic development of our social ecosystem. This role is equal parts platform strategist, content orchestrator, growth driver, and brand guardian — someone who understands how each platform plays a distinct role while contributing to a cohesive, elevated brand presence.
You will oversee all social touchpoints across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Substack, and emerging platforms, while also contributing to influencer partnerships, creator relationships, and product seeding programs that expand brand reach and community.
This role partners closely with founders, creative and e-commerce teams to ensure social media is fully integrated into the brand and business.
  • Develop and execute social strategies that drive engagement and results
  • Lead all aspects of organic content creation and campaign ideation
  • Plan, capture and edit social content on all photoshoots, and in office
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to produce paid advertising content
  • Build and manage monthly and seasonal content calendars in partnership with creative and marketing
  • Ensure publishing cadence, platform optimization, and distribution strategies are intentional and consistent
  • Help build relationships with local content creators while exploring new partnerships through influencer programs
  • Identify emerging platform opportunities and develop strategies to grow brand presence
  • Analyze, report, and optimize performance metrics to continuously elevate client results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life
