This is a senior-level opportunity offering direct interaction with leadership, financing partners, and key external stakeholders while playing a major role in shaping the organization’s growth strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise team members responsible for financial modeling and project value optimization
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key lenders and tax equity partners
- Evaluate and structure financing solutions, including assessment of partners, terms, and economic impact
- Lead term sheet development and drive transaction negotiations with tax equity and debt financing partners
- Oversee full due diligence and manage the financing closing process with external stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities across multiple markets aligned with company growth strategy
- Develop and manage forecasts related to project finance activity for the solar business
- Partner cross-functionally with development, operations, legal, and origination teams to advance projects across all stages of the lifecycle
- Oversee pricing strategy and financial modeling for RFPs and customer-facing opportunities
Ideal Background:
- 6-8+ years of experience within project finance, investment banking, infrastructure, or renewable energy
- Renewable energy/infrastructure exposure required
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with external legal counsel, consultants, engineers, and other key stakeholders
