As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting the daily operations of our warehouse. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and other departments to keep everything moving efficiently. This position is Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5pm Key Responsibilities
Daily Load Management: Track and trace all shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Maintain constant updates on delivery statuses and provide clients with real-time information.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for logistics vendors, customers, and team members. Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates through various communication platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Teams, Front, Logistics TMS).
Document Management: Request and process proof-of-delivery (POD) documents, invoices, and other records. Ensure all information is accurately uploaded to internal systems like Jobber and HubSpot.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with carriers, dispatchers, and recycling partners to optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Share essential contact information between key stakeholders to streamline operations.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational challenges, such as delays, pricing discrepancies, or resource shortages, ensuring seamless execution of logistics tasks.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain updated spreadsheets, track recycling weights and fees, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all shipments and expenses.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows, improve efficiency, and contribute to the development of sustainable logistics practices.
Client Support: Prioritize high-touch and new clients by providing tailored support and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environm
