Availability during standard business hours is required. What You’ll Do
Process customer orders accurately using EDI and ERP systems
Act as a primary contact for assigned customers, responding to questions and supporting issue resolution
Help manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
Track and support service metrics such as OTIF
Assist in researching order issues, billing questions, and customer concerns
Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and support collaboration
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and order details
Learn products, warehouses, and production workflows
Support reports and special projects while developing core business skills
Qualifications: Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, sales support, account coordination, or supply chain support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Preferred:
Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, ingredient, or B2C industries.
Ability to travel for customer events <10% of time.
Experience supporting national accounts or retail customers.
Familiarity with forecasting, logistics, inventory management, or EDI systems.
Experience working in a global organization.
