Role Summary Perfectus Labs is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented SEO Account Strategist to serve as the backbone of the Client Success team. This role focuses on executing daily and weekly tasks to ensure AI-driven campaigns run smoothly. The ideal candidate is process-driven, excels at managing repetitive tasks with precision, and is eager to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the company's proprietary AI platforms. Key Responsibilities
SEO/AEO Implementation: Execute routine SEO optimizations and updates using the proprietary SEO AI platform following Operations Team directives.
Report Building: Generate routine reports and scorecards focused on Strategic Insights and Performance Analysis.
Task Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client team and vendor partners to ensure timely completion of internal requests.
Campaign Monitoring: Oversee ongoing SEO optimizations across multiple client accounts managed by yourself and your team.
Process Adherence: Follow, create, and maintain checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure error-free output.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven background in support, administrative, or operations roles requiring extreme attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency:
Required: GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile.
Collaboration Tools: Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a consistent daily workload independently; a "list person" focused on clean workflows.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a professional, proactive attitude.
Adaptability: Quick learner capable of rapidly adopting new AI software and processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile Looking for an articulate individual who understands their role in driving client revenue ($6–7 figures). The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to SEO/AEO within a high-growth environment.
