Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Write high-converting sequences (welcome flows, launches, win-backs, upsells) that generate immediate revenue.
- Landing Pages: Create and optimize pages that convert cold ad traffic efficiently without leaking budget.
- Ad Copy: Craft scroll-stopping creative copy to drive clicks and engagement.
- Sales Assets: Produce VSL (Video Sales Letter) scripts and sales pages designed to close $5k–$10k agency deals.
- LTV Optimization: Write upsell and downsell copy to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Funnel Ownership: Own the messaging strategy across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive journey from awareness to checkout.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Revenue Track Record: Must have personally written copy that generated $1M+ in sales with verifiable receipts/revenue numbers.
- Funnel Mindset: Ability to think in full funnels rather than isolated paragraphs; understanding of how emails, pages, and checkouts interconnect.
- Purchase Psychology: Deep understanding of offers, buyer triggers, and psychology beyond just "clever" wordplay.
- Adaptability: Ability to mimic the founders' voices (distinctive, direct tone) seamlessly.
- Speed: Capable of producing drafts in hours, not weeks.
- AI Proficiency: Daily user of AI tools; experience with Poppy AI is preferred.
