The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing influencer campaigns, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution. Key tasks include campaign planning, performance tracking, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new influencer opportunities and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications
Experience in campaign strategy, planning, and execution in influencer or digital marketing
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics for tracking and optimizing campaigns
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients, influencers, and internal teams
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in an influencer marketing agency or a similar role is a plus
