We are expanding our Corporate Sales leadership team and seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Executives across a large multi‑state region (approximately half of the U.S.). This is a senior‑level opportunity for an accomplished LTL corporate sales leader who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building teams, driving strategy, and managing enterprise‑level customer relationships. Base Salary Range: $160k-$180k+ annually What You’ll Do
Lead and develop 8–12 Corporate Account Executives focused on national and enterprise LTL customers
Drive revenue growth through new business development, account expansion, and retention
Own regional corporate sales strategy and execution
Coach through pipeline reviews, joint sales calls, territory planning, and performance management
Partner closely with Pricing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to win and retain large accounts
Serve as an escalation point and relationship owner for key strategic customers
Recruit, onboard, and develop top corporate sales talent
Travel regularly within the assigned region
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in LTL transportation sales , including corporate or national accounts
5+ years of sales leadership experience managing multi‑rep teams across large geographies
