Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist, based in Westmont, IL, with an option for partial remote work. The Mental Health Therapist will provide therapeutic counseling services, develop personalized treatment plans, offer family or group therapy sessions, manage case documentation, and collaborate with other professionals to support holistic healing. The role requires compassionate client interaction and an integrative approach to address their mental health needs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing Mental Health and Family Therapy services
- Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Experience in counseling
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an integrative health setting
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches is a plus
